IPAL on Panggang Island is Already Operating

The wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) construction on Panggang Island, Panggang Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands, which was completed late last month has now begun operating.

The domestic waste will be processed in order to create clean water and does not pollute the environment like ground, beach and sea water

Thousand Islands Water Resources Sub-agency Head Mustajab said, to operate IPAL, nine officers have been alerted at the location.

"It has been operating since early this month. We want the domestic waste from residents to enter the installation," he expressed, Thursday (10/10).

To ensure it, his side continues to conduct socialization about home channels making to the network.
