East Jakartans Now Can Reach Gulkarmat Through WhatsApp

In order to improve public service quality, East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) adds complaint or reporting channel through WhatsApp application.

Hopefully, this new service can facilitate people to submit their complaints

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-department's Prevention Section Head, Edi Parwoko stated this service is provided to facilitate people who want to report an incident to Gulkarmat.

"Hopefully, this new service can facilitate people to submit their complaints through data-based communication, voice, and video," he explained, Friday (10/11).

Gulkarmat Intensifies Fire Handling Socialization to Students

According to him, East Jakartans can contact Gulkarmat WhatsApp number at 0822 9797 0113.

Besides, his side still provides service in form of call center 112 or telephone via 021 8590 4904.

"Our personnel are ready 24-hours to serve the residents," he asserted.
