Thousand PPSU Personnel in West Jakarta Participated in Construction Certification Program

Thousand Public Facility Maintenance (PPSU) personnel in West Jakarta participated in construction certification program held by Ministry of Public Works and Public Settlements (PUPR) at West Jakarta Mayor Office, Jalan Raya Kembangan No. 2, Kembangan. This program is held for two days, on October 21-22.

This construction certification is needed to face the free trade

West Jakarta Governance Division Head, Slamet Riyadi conveyed, PUPR Ministry carried out certification program for construction workers and PPSU. Jakarta has quota of 5,000 people to get this certification. While West Jakarta is given quota of 1,000 people.

"This construction certification is needed to face the free trade," he mentioned, Tuesday (10/22).

Government Signs MoU to Provide Product Certification Service in Jakarta

He explained, construction certification is divided into several types of expertise that related to woods, electricity, and others. In this chance, PPSU personnel will be interviewed directly by PUPR Ministry's assessors.

"Participants are chosen by urban villages. They will be facilitated to get the certificates," he said.
