South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-department targets to build 500 infiltration wells until the end of this year. Until today, South Jakarta SDA has built 306 infiltration wells with different depths.

"Our target is to build 500 infiltration wells in every locations prone to inundation," stated Boris Karlop Lumbangaol, South Jakarta SDA's Planning Section Head, Tuesday (10/29).
According to him, his side builds infiltration wells with concrete layers. Its diameter is 80 centimeters with depth around 2.5-3 meters. He expects all 500 infiltration wells can hold water up to 960 cubic meters.
