Ancol Wins 2019 Stellar Workplace Award

The award is our motivation to be able to continue to maintain and improve the work climate of employees

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol won an award in the 2019 Stellar Workplace Award for the Employee Commitment and Employee Satisfaction category last Friday (10/25) at Kuningan JW Marriott Hotel, South Jakarta.

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol President Director Teuku Sahir Syahali said the award is given as the company he leads is deemed to be very committed in involving employees for the growth and sustainability of the organization.

Ancol Wins Award from National Consumer Protection Agency

"Jaya Ancol is one of 12 companies that are deemed capable of showing high commitment in increasing employee involvement in supporting the company's growth and sustainability," he expressed, Tuesday (10/29).

This assessment process has been carried out in August. The assessment team sent a questionnaire, which was then filled out by Ancol employees who were selected as samples. The jury then assessed the results.

"The award is our motivation to be able to continue to maintain and improve the work climate of employees so they can continue to be optimal and in line with company culture," he explained.

As for the information, Jaya Ancol had also received the 2019 Raksa Nugraha appreciation from the National Consumer Protection Agency to entrepreneurs who protect their consumers.
