The Jakarta Provincial Government received the Top 45 Public Service Innovation award from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform (Kemenpan RB) at the Vice President's Palace, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (15/10) evening.

Jakarta Bureau of Reform and Bureaucracy Organization (ORB) Head Iin Mutmainah said that the innovation achieved was Dial 112 for all emergency services after beating 3,081 out of 3,126 public service innovation registrants from all over Indonesia.
