Jakarta Education Agency Acting Head Syaefuloh Hidayat said the marine education program was included in the extra-curricular activities of the school. In the program, his party collaborates with various environmental lovers communities.

"Our aim is to build awareness through teachers and school principals to encourage children to love the environment," he expressed, at Jakarta DPRD Building, Tuesday (10/29).

It is also to introduce Jakarta's coastal areas to students. In this way, students are believed not to litter, which has the potential to pollute the ocean.

"This program is also aimed at campaigning that we should care more and love the beauty of the Jakarta sea," he stated.
