100 Hobbyists Enliven Ornamental Fish Exhibition in Cilangkap Agro Tourism

The East Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency today, held an ornamental fish exhibition and contest at the Cilangkap Agro Tourism, Cipayung. It aims to increase and generate business activities

It is participated by hundreds of people from ten sub-districts in East Jakarta

"It is participated by hundreds of people from ten sub-districts in East Jakarta," said East Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency Had, Supriyadi Saleh, Friday (10/25).

It is also aimed to strengthen the silaturahmi (friendship) between ornamental fish lovers community and increase the sale value of ornamental fish commodities.

6,000 Mall Visitors Throng Ornamental Fish Exhibition

He explained fish species displayed are guppy and hickey. The contestants are from communities and individuals. As for the jury, there are eleven people from the guppy and hickey lovers community.

The winners receive prizes, such as trophies and electronic goods, with details the first winner gets a one-door refrigerator, the second gets an oven and the third gets a gas stove. Then the first runner up gets a fan and the second runner up gets a dispenser.

"We have the winners, namely Imam Bagus (29) from Ciracas for the betta fish category and Udin (26) from Ciracas for guppy fish category," he stated.
