2,000 People Enliven Healthy Heart Festival in South Jakarta

One way that can be done to prevent heart disease by getting a healthy lifestyle through the Community Routine Health Check Movement (CERDIK).

"Get rid of cigarette smoke, do exercise regularly, diet with a balanced menu and get enough rest," he told.

At the same place, South Jakarta Heart Club Executing Agency Secretary Erna Hidayanti added various events enliven the festival.

"There are joint exercises, healthy walks, health lectures, health check-up, basic life support and healthy heart jump rope," she stated.
