Budget for Community Action Plan (CAP) proposed by Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement (PRKP) Department as much as Rp 20.9 billion during the 2020 KUA-PPAS meeting was revised and cut by Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission D into Rp 11.6 billion.

Commission D Chairwoman, Ida Mahmuda assessed that Rp 20 billion was too much for arranging 76 slum RWs in Jakarta.

Therefore her party suggested the department to cooperate with universities in the planning stage, rather than allocating large budgets to pay the planners.

On the other hand, the council would also review further the proposed budget of Community Implementation Plan (CIP) in the amount of Rp 4-10 billion for arrangement in each RWs.

"We will discuss what things that will be arranged and how much the budget needed," she mentioned.
