Nuansa Cilangkap Zero Down Payment Targeted to Be Complete in Two Years

It is a program of regional strategic activities in providing housing for low-income people

The Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya targets to complete the Nuansa Cilangkap zero down payment housing construction in Cilangkap Urban Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta within two years or in the third quarter of 2021.

"It is a program of regional strategic activities in providing housing for low-income people," expressed Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya President Director, Yoory C Pinontoan, Thursday (11/12).

Zero Down Payment Housing Program Facilitates Jakartans to Own a House

It will be built on a 2.9-hectares land with a single tower building area of approximately 0.65 hectares.

"To realize it, we are back in partnership with PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk. We'll build four towers," he explained.

Therefore, he hoped that people could take advantage of the city's affordable housing program.

During groundbreaking of the zero down payment project, the company played a video of approximately three minutes in length about the profile of the Cilangkap Nuance project and continued with a video about the beneficiaries of this housing program in Nuansa Pondok Klapa.
