3,500 Land Certificates Distributed in North Jakarta

As many as 3,500 land certificates were distributed by North Jakarta State Land Agency to its owners in North Jakarta as the result of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSP) 2019.

This Saturday (12/14), Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning, Syofyan Djalil symbolically handed over the land certificates to the residents at Kelapa Gading Sport Mall.

North Jakarta Mayor, Sigit Wijatmoko stated, those land certificates were distributed through collaboration work between North Jakarta BPN Office and North Jakarta Government in order to serve the communities.

"The presence of North Jakarta BPN Office made the entire n orth Jakartans convinced that the land certificate process was completed," he explained.

Meanwhile, Jakarta BPN Regional Office Head, Jaya conveyed, as many as 1.6 million land plots in Jakarta has been certified. It only remains 243 thousand land plots that haven't been certified until today, or about one percent from total land plots in Jakarta.

"Insya Allah, DKI Jakarta can be the first province whose all lands had been certified. We continue to pursue this target," he asserted.
