Commission A Appreciates Jakarta Smart City for Technology Applications

Jakarta Smart City of Jakrata Communication Information and Public Relation Department (Diskominfotik) got an appreciation from Commission A of Jakarta Council (DPRD) because of improving public service quality by developing the technology.

We are supporting development of Diskominfotik's JSC

Commission A Secretary, Dani Anwar mentioned, information technology that is used by Jakarta Smart City really helps the residents to get information about services provided by Jakarta Provincial Government.

"We are developing a great idea to make Jakarta Provincial Government not just being a facilitator, but also collaborator together with the citizens. It is amazing," he said while visiting JSC UPT, Tuesday (12/17).

Commission A Reviews 2020 RAPBD with Mayors and Regents

In this chance, Commission A wants to support JSC to be a Public Service Agency (BLU) thus it can establish good cooperation with the third party without reducing the service to the community.  

"We also want them to have more reliable human resources to ensure them giving an optimal service. We are supporting development of Diskominfotik's JSC," he asserted.

Meanwhile, JSC Head, Yudhistira Nugraha ensured, his side will continue to give their best effort for Jakartans. One of them is building Jakarta Smart 4.0 concept.

"In order to overcome problems in Jakarta, it is not enough only from the government side, but also from various sides. It is the mindset that we want to develop," he asserted.

Next year, he conveyed, his side will develop JAKI (the Recent Jakarta Application). This application provides all public services needed by Jakartans.

"We have also developed CRM application to follow up resident's complaints," he closed.
