48 joint personnel of Urban Village Semper Timur Water Resources Sub-agency, Environment PJLP and PPSU, Cilincing, North Jakarta began to clean up mud and garbage in the water channel along Marunda artery roads.
Semper Timur Urban Village Head Cahyo Hudoyo said those joint personnel consist of six personnel of Environment PJLP and PPSU, as well as 36 officers of Water Resources Sub-agency.

He explained the inundation that often occurs on Marunda artery roads was triggered by mud and garbage stuck in the channel, especially on the part of the closed channel. It is estimated, it takes more than a week.
It must ideally be normalized. Besides widened, a low dismantling and replacement of the inrit must also be done thus it does not impede the flow of water.
"We will budget it next year," he stated.
