Jakarta Park and Urban Forest Department Head, Suzi Marsitawati mentioned, Goods and Services Management Agency (BPBJ) is currently processing it at auction stage.
"After auction process is completed, hopefully TMB construction project can start in April," she conveyed, Tuesday (1/28).
Construction of Manunggal TMB in Cipinang Melayu CompletedRegarding to this project, she explained that TMB is around 5,000 square meters until one hectare. Each TMB has different concept and facilities based on characteristic of its surrounding environment and community aspirations.
"In order to build TMB, we usually hold Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and collect local residents' aspirations. Hopefully, we can finish building 50 TMBs in November 2020," she closed.
