This is because, TPS processing in all citizen residential are fully controlled by local operators, RT, RW, urban village and sub-district apparatuses without any intervention from the South Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department.
"Just check out such practice. Our party is reluctant to involve in the TPS management. As you know, garbage men just work with wearing shabby clothes and live from trash," he uttered.
