"Of hundreds, tens of developers in North Jakarta as SIPPT recipients have fulfilled their obligations," he explained.
He went on to say that the Commission A would also encourage the Jakarta Provincial Government to make an inventory of locations that are still constrained in the process of handing over social and public facilities by the developer which is the record of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).
"These facilities become assets that must be properly recorded. We don't want this to be an obstacle for the city to get an unqualified opinion (WTP) from BPK," he explained.
North Jakarta Administration Secretary Desi Putra expressed her party was working optimally to inventory the submission of public facilities that had not been submitted by the developer.
Based on the BPK's audit inventory results in 2016, there were 255 names of North Jakarta SIPPT holders.
"42 SIPPTs are included in the Handover Dossier (BAST) in October-December 2016. While, 167 holders of SIPPTs have not yet submitted obligations to the city, "he stated.
