DPRD Receives Proposal Regarding Regional Levies Regulation Revision

Jakarta Council (DPRD) received the proposal of second amendment for regional regulation (Perda) No. 3/2012 concerning Regional Levies submitted by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan.

There are several things that need to be revised regarding taxes in the agencies

Jakarta DPRD Vice Chairman, Misan Samsuri conveyed, the revised Perda was proposed in the context of increasing Locally-generated revenue (PAD) which was considered not optimal from various Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD).

"There are several things that need to be revised regarding taxes in the agencies, because it is not optimal to increase the PAD," he mentioned after led the plenary meeting towards Jakarta Governor explanation regarding proposal of second amendment of Perda No.3/2012 concerning the Regional Levies at Jakarta DPRD Building, Wednesday (3/4).

Bapenda Proposes Amendments to Three Regional Regulations

Later on, this proposal will be given to several factions for next plenary meeting to know about factions' general views, before it is reviewed together with work partners of each commissions.

"We plan to hold the plenary meeting for factions' general views on Wednesday, March 11th," he mentioned.
