19 Pumps in Four Underpasses, Central Jakarta are in Prime Condition

Alhamdulillah, all pumps are in top condition

The Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency, checked the 19 pumps condition in four underpasses in Senen, Jalan Angkasa, Matraman and Dukuh Atas areas.

Besides pumps, the same action was also carried out on the canal and its manhole cover.

"We do this action after the flood at the underpass last February. Alhamdulillah, all pumps are in prime condition," expressed Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency Head, Rakim Sastranegara, Wednesday (3/11)

To conduct the action, his side involved 10 officers in the field," he stated.

As for the information, four pumps at Senen Underpass has 100 liters per second capacity and six other pumps has 100-250 liters per second at Dukuh Atas Underpass.

There are also five pumps with a capacity of 14.7-130 liters per second at Matraman Underpass and four units with a capacity of 100-250 liters per second at Jalan Angkasa Underpass.
