COVID-19 Rapid Tests in North Jakarta are Scheduled until Weekend

While on Friday and Saturday, the next target is PDP and ODP

North Jakarta Health Agency Head Yudi Dimyati revealed that rapid tests for COVID-19 that have been conducted since Wednesday (3/25) would end on Saturday (3/28). It is focused on health workers, patients under monitoring (PDP) and people under monitoring (ODP).

He explained, on the first and second days, the test targets health workers under Sub-district Puskesmas, RSUD Type C and D, including patients who entered the emergency room with symptoms of COVID-19.

"While on Friday and Saturday, the next target is PDP and ODP," he expressed.

North Jakarta COVID-19 Quick Handling Team Chairman Ali Maulana Hakim explained various efforts to contain the virus have been carried out in North Jakarta. But, until now, the victims continue to grow.

"Up to March 26, there are 30 victims and 5 died," he explained.

Seeing the case, he furthered, the major had urged citizens via social media to stay at home, avoid physical touch and conduct worship activities at home.
