1,500 Staple Food Packages Distributed to Residents in Thousand Islands

Thousand Islands Regency received 1,500 staple food packages from Baznas Bazis DKI Jakarta, on Monday (4/20).

Hopefully this assistance can ease their burden

Baznas Bazis Coordinator for Thousand Islands, Ridwan Malik mentioned, this assistance were distributed to poor people affected by PSBB implementation in 6 urban villages.

"Hopefully this assistance can ease their burden, especially those who are affected by PSBB implementation due to COVID-19 outbreak," he stated.

Food Aid Distributed to Samawa Tower Occupants

From total 1,500 staple food packages, his side distributed 323 packages to Kelapa Island, 200 packages to Harapan Island, 216 packages to Panggang Island, 241 packages in Pari Island, 320 packages in Tidung Island, and 200 packages in Untung Jawa Island.

"This assistance was given as a part of 30,000 packages which are distributed to 5 regions of Jakarta," he said.
