Many Companies Already Adhere to PSBB in JakartaAccording to him, most companies that violate the regulations during PSBB do not limit number of employees working in the workplace.
"They still employ all employees to work and some of them, especially in factories, are unable to maintain appropriate physical distancing between employees," he said.

Although the company is equipped with thermal gun, required employees to wear face mask, preparing hand sanitizers, and spraying disinfectant routinely but not doing any restrictions, its efforts to prevent COVID-19 transmission will be not optimal because transmission still may occur.

According to Gubernatorial Regulation No. 33/2020, companies or workplaces whose sectors are not excluded from PSBB rules and have violated the rules may be subject to temporary closure. However, if the company whose sectors are not excluded from PSBB rules but obtained operational permit from Industry Ministry, his side can only give warning, guidance, and make report of it.
