Nakertrans Carries Out Inspection Regarding PSBB Implementation

Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration (Nakertrans) and Energy Agency ensured Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) implementation in a company located on Jalan Raya Bogor, Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, Tuesday (4/14).

Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy Agency Head, Andri Yansyah said, his side carried out inspection at PT. Panasonic Manufacturing factory on Jalan Raya Bogor, Pekayon, Pasar Rebo Sub-district, East Jakarta.

"In Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) No. 33/2020 concerning PSBB Implementation explains clearly about things to prevent COVID-19 transmission. Thus I want this company to impose restrictions on employees who work at the office, because I see the production sector is still full of employees," he stated.

Nakertrans Reopens Registration for Employees Affected by COVID-19

His side wanted companies to carry out health protocols for their employees, such as checking body temperatures, providing antiseptic fluids, limiting work and operational hours.

PT. Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia HRD Manager, Andi Kudrat stated, employees in production sector still need to work at the office although PSBB has been implemented. But his side has provided hand sanitizers and required its employees to wear face mask.

"We will discuss it further with managers and trade unions regarding review from Jakarta Nakertrans and Energy," he closed.
