The Central Jakarta Education Sub-agency Region II has prepared 53 schools as isolation places for COVID-19 patients and one school for accommodation for medical workers.

It was in accordance with City Secretary Instruction number 29/2020 on Provision of Accommodation and Supporting Facilities for Health Workers Involved in Handling COVID-19.
"Schools only prepare existing rooms and facilities," disclosed Central Jakarta Education Sub-agency Region II Head, Subaidah, Wednesday (4/22).
Those 53 schools were SMAN 24, SMKN 38, SMKN 16, SMKN 3, SMPN 64, SMPN 17, SMPN 8, SMPN 1, SMPN 156, SMPN 28, SMPN 137, SMPN 183, SMPN 228 and SMPN 269. There were also SDN Petojo Utara 13, SDN Duri Pulo 07, SDN Gambir 01, SDN Kampung Bali 01 and 03, SDN Bendungan Hilir 12, SDN Kebon Kacang 05, SDN Petamburan 01 and 03.
Then SDN Karang Anyar 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, SDN Pasar Baru 11, SDN Kartini 01, SDN Mangga Dua Selatan 01 and 03, SDN Gunung Sahari Utara 01, SDN Paseban 07, SDN Bungur 01 and 02, SDN Kampung Rawa 01 and 02, SDN Cempaka Putih Barat 07, SDN Cempaka Putih Timur 01 and 03, SDN Rawasari 05, SDN Cempaka Baru 01.
"While for medical workers, we choose the SMKN 27 in Sawah Besar with a capacity of 18 beds," she continued.
To run it well, she instructed the local urban village and sub-district heads to help support health factors in the school environment.
"That is distinguishing the entrance and exit access for COVID-19 patients with school officers who picket everyday," she stated.
