SMKN 61 on Tidung Island Sprayed with Disinfectant Liquid

We spray all school facilities and infrastructure thus they are sterile and ready to be used as isolation locations

The Thousand Islands PMI officers sprayed the SMKN 61 building that will be used as a location of isolation for COVID-19 patients on Tidung Island with disinfectant liquid, on Saturday (4/25).

Thousand Islands PMI Chairman Natsir Sabara stated his side sent three officers to spray the field, first floor area, the room that will be used as a place of isolation, toilets and the entrance to the school environment.

"We spray all school facilities and infrastructure thus they are sterile and ready to be used as isolation locations," he said, Sunday (4/26).

This action would be intensified to various school locations and the Karya Island Technical Building which will be used as a quarantine location for Thousand Islands residents affected by COViD-19.

"We will do it routinely until normal conditions again. We urge residents to remain disciplined following the PSBB rules. Hopefully this disaster will pass quickly," he hoped.
