Development of Senen Extension Underpass is Nearly 40 Percent

The work progress is still in line with our plan, the curve is still positive

The progress of the Senen Extension Underpass development is almost 40 percent. Currently Slab box underpass is currently under construction for the location in front of the Senen Cinema building.

"It is targeted to be complete by the end of this year," expressed Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head, Hari Nugroho, Wednesday (4/29).

He explains a retaining wall in the form of a bored pile for an off ramp underpass is also under construction in the front area of the Senen Atrium.

"The work progress is still in line with our plan, the curve is still positive," he explained.

Thus far development has proceeded smoothly amid the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing health protocols to prevent the virus at work sites.

"We refer to the COVID-19 prevention protocol in construction projects issued by the Public Works and Housing Ministry's Housing Provision Director General, including Gubernatorial Regulation number 33/2020 on PSBB," he stressed.
