During WFH, Here's How to Access PAL Jaya Services

In order to support Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) regulations, PD. PAL Jaya extended work from home (WFH) period for their employees. Thus, PD. PAL Jaya provides hotline center and chat center through WhatsApp for residents who need assistance or further services.

During Ramadan, we operate from Monday to Friday at 08:00 - 14:00

"During WFH, PAL Jaya still operates as usual, but there are limitations according to applicable rules," said Mala S. Ramadhona, Public Relation Officer of PD. PAL Jaya, Wednesday (4/29).

Residents who need PAL Jaya services related piping system processing or offside treatment can call hotline at 021-835 4254 or 081285171632.

Meanwhile for service that related to Biopal System Management can call hotline at 021-835 4252 or 081385291475.

"For Septic Tank Sludge Desluding and Scheduled Desludging Service (L2T2) services can call hotline at 021-8354252, chat via WhatsApp to 081290777020 or 081290777030," he informed.

Residents who want to ask the service or complaint via email can send the email to paljaya@paljaya.com or call 021-8354252.

"During Ramadan, we operate from Monday to Friday at 8 AM - 2 PM," he said.
