Education Agency Launches Ramadan Ceria 1441 Hijriah Program

Jakarta Education Agency launches a program 'Ramadan Ceria 1441 Hijriah' as an online learning platform facility along the fasting month. 

This program will run from April 27 to May 15

The program includes Distance Learning in Ramadan; Ustadz Menyapa Online together with Jakarta KODI, Ngabuburit Online together with Artist; Online Adhan Competition for SD/MI together with MUI and Baznas; and Ramadan Berbagi (sharing social aid) with the Jakarta Education Community.

Education Agency Head Nahdiana said Ramadan Ceria 1441 Hijriah is a program of optimally utilizing digital learning tools and media for students and teachers. It is delivered using language that can be understood.

"This program will run from April 27 to May 15. It aims to increase knowledge and reduce boredom during learning at home," she expressed, Thursday (4/30).

She details Ustadz Menyapa Online session will air every day at 12.30 PM for three to five minutes with material about fasting practices in Ramadan, Online Adhan Competition for SD/MI will take participants in every region of Jakarta through the Education Agency.

"The participants must send the Adhan video to the committee," she explained.

As for Online Ngabuburit with Artist will air every day at 4.30 PM to 5 PM via Youtube belongs to the Education Agency.

"The material given is about modeling, motivation and contextual learning," she told.

While for Ramadan Berbagi, will be aired in conjunction with the National Education Day on May 2. The aid is rom the Jakarta Education Community to volunteers in hospitals, people under monitoring (ODP), people under surveillance (PDP) and janitors.

"It is expected to be able to increase the capacity of students in Jakarta, empowering religious teachers affected by the COVID-19 crisis period, as well as fostering a spirit of sharing with others," she hoped.
