PT Pulo Mas Jaya Holds COVID-19 Rapid Tests

PT Pulo Mas Jaya (PMJ) together with health portal site, Klikdokter.com and Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading Hospital are holding COVID-19 rapid testing which has been ongoing since yesterday until today from 8 AM to 4 PM.

It is fully supported by the Health Ministry and National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB). It is held at Jakarta International Equestrian Pulo Mas, which aims to curb the coronavirus spread and as a quick act in dealing with people who may be at risk of coronavirus exposure.

"This is also a form of corporate social responsibility (CSR) conducted by PT Pulo Mas Jaya. That is by giving free inspection facilities to 100 Pulo Nangka residents," said PT Pulo Mas Jaya President Director, Yudha Ketaren, Tuesday (5/5).

For communities who want to participate in rapid tests, you must register via Klikdokter app and make a payment of Rp 100,000 for doctor's fees, administration and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) used by medical workers.

"Everyone can take this rapid test. We provide 100 free rapid tests for Pulo Nangka people around Equestrian area," he told.

In the meantime, one of doctors Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading Hospital Angela S Halim added as many as 2,100 rapid testing kits have been prepared for two days using drive thru method, where participants do not need to get out of the vehicle, both those using cars and motorbikes.

Later on, the test results will be sent the next day via the email registered on the Klikdokter app.

"Public awareness to check themselves voluntarily is very important. With early detection, we can discipline self-isolation independently not to infect other family members, especially those who still have babies or the elderly," she said.
