Persons with Disabilities in Central Jakarta to Receive Staple Food Aid

Its distribution will be done through disability organizations

Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency (Sudinsos) is set to distribute 500-700 staple food packages to persons with disabilities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Its distribution will be done through disability organizations, but we still do monitoring and accommodate all," said Central Jakarta Social Sub-agency Head, Ngapuli Perangin-angin, Thursday (5/14).

He mentions each package contains 3 kg of rice, 1 kg of sugar, 2 liters of cooking oil, 1 box of tea bags and 1 kg of eggs. The sub-agency also provides shopping vouchers at minimarts spread over Central Jakarta.

"Our attention to them is very high, especially in this current pandemic conditions," he stated.
