He went on to say that the city's work program has gained a lot of touch by Bank DKI's digital banking services. Not only serves as the manager of regional financial cash through the cash management system, the bank also supports the digitalization of banking services in various social aid programs such as, the Jakarta Smart Plus Card, the Jakarta Elderly Card, the Jakarta Disability Card, the Jakarta Worker Card, etc.
"This program has become more targeted, timely and appropriate to the benefits of using Bank DKI's ATM and JakCard products. All social aid cards have a combo function that can be used as an ATM and debit card, as well as JakCard," he explained.
Even, the card was also integrated with the city system thus various other subsidy programs such as, cheap food and transportation subsidies can be implemented on target.
It could also be used as a means of payment for various transportation facilities in Jakarta such as Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta and Railink (Soekarno-Hatta Airport trains). In the near future, it planned to be used as means of toll road payment instruments, including in various tourist attractions such as, Ragunan Zoo, National Monument (Monas), Museum of Fine Arts & Ceramics and Ancol.
Currently the bank was currently integrating the Jakarta Smart Card holders to be connected with JakOne Mobile services. That means, Jakarta Smart Card holders could make mobile banking transactions, e-wallets, payment and purchases of daily necessities, account checks, storage of transaction evidence and information updates on Bank DKI banking services.
He added that the entire effort of the Bank DKI was a manifestation of the bank's commitment to encourage the application of non-cash transactions in Jakarta.
"We are here to present the convenience of non-cash transactions through various digital banking products and services such as Bank DKI's ATMs, JakCard and JakOne Mobile," he stated.
