The city administration signed the Obligation Fulfillment Agreement (PPK) with holders of the Permit on Land Use (SIPPT).
The signing that done by City Secretary, Saefullah at City Hall was witnessed by notaries from four private companies of SIPPT holder. "This is a form of obligation. Previously, the SIPPT was available, we then directly issued the IMB permit. But most of them (developer) did not meet the obligation yet," stated Saefullah, at City Hall, Wednesday (10/8).

"We directly involve the notary. I see good progress lately, every company has notary," he disclosed.
He hopes, through agreement, the SIPPT holder company can meet its obligations and not only give fake promises for city development.
"Don't give us fake promises. It's going to be used for development in Jakarta which will be returned residents as well," he stated.
Saefullah asserted after agreement signing, company that has done development first before completing the obligation, will not get permit. If the rule is ignored, the city administration will revoke the SIPPT holder's permit.
"If they have received third warning, we will revoke their SPPT and not get permit. All will be frozen," he asserted.
