Bina Marga Head Monitors Two Flyovers Construction in South Jakarta

Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head, Hari Nugroho directly monitored the construction process of Tanjung Barat and Lenteng Agung Flyovers, South Jakarta. In this monitoring, his side wanted to ensure worker's compliance towards health protocols.

Construction and health protocols should be implemented, especially in preventing COVID-19 transmission in construction site

Even though this construction was carried out during COVID-19 pandemic, but construction workers should comply with health protocols and construction protocols.

According to him, construction workers have been asked to work by following the COVID-19 prevention protocols in construction site as regulated by Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Ministry's Construction Director General and in Circular Letter (SE) from Jakarta Bina Marga Agency Head No. 14/SE/2020.

"Construction and health protocols should be implemented, especially in preventing COVID-19 transmission in construction site," he asserted, Thursday (6/25).

For information, Tanjung Barat Flyover construction process reaches 55.6 percent, while 67 percent for Lenteng Agung Flyover.

"Entering the 38th week, the progress of both flyover projects are still on the track. Even it is better than the initial plan," he mentioned.
