The East Jakarta Industry Trade Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) has noted that as many as 315 people have been given culinary art training throughout June 2020.
Most participants are citizen representatives by implementing health protocols
East Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-agency Head Igan Muhammad Faisal said the training itself was given five times. Due to Covid-19, it had to be conducted virtually at the sub-district office.

Virtual Training Given to Jakpreneurs in West JakartaThe types of training provided included, making pie, lady rose and mud cake. There was also culinary training, making ayam geprek (crushed crispy chicken with sambal), ayam kremes (fried chicken), etc.
He added it was accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation number 2/2020 on the Implementation of Integrated Entrepreneurship Development.
"We remain hold it, despite it is still in Covid-19 pandemic by using a rationalized budget," he stated.
