Jakarta DPRD Building Closed for Five Days

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Chairman, Prasetio Edi Marsudi officially announced that Jakarta DPRD Building is closed temporarily starting this Wednesday (7/29) to Sunday (8/2). This policy was taken because COVID-19 cases found in the legislators, staffs, DPRD Secretariat's Individual Service Personnel (PJLP).

Work and activities in DPRD Building and Secretariat are temporarily closed

He expected that from closing the building and implementing health protocols could help to curb COVID-19 transmission in the location. Besides, his side also asked for disinfectant spraying in DPRD Building.

"Work and activities in DPRD Building and Secretariat are temporarily closed. Personnel can work from home starting today until August 2," he asserted.

Commission C Supports Bapenda in Improving Supporting Facilities

He also encouraged all employees who work from home to be prepare in submitting work reports directly to the superiors and input their activities into e-kinerja system.

"Working activities will be started again on Monday, August 3," he added.

He hopes those who are exposed to COVID-19 to recover soon and strength for all people thus can be free from this pandemic situation as soon as possible.

"Be sure to always implement health protocols, if not urgent don't leave home, always remember 3M; wear mask, maintain safe distance, and wash hands," he closed.
