Bintang Beach, Pari Island Sterilized with Disinfectant

To spray disinfectant, we have sent three firefighters plus one water sprayer to the location

The North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue Sub-agency's Sector 8 firefighters once again sprayed disinfectant in public facilities and infrastructure of Bintang Beach, Pari Island, South Thousand Islands, Wednesday (8/5).

"To spray disinfectant, we have sent three firefighters plus one water sprayer to the location," expressed North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue Sub-agency's Sector 8 Head, Eko Mahendro.

He stated spraying was started from toilets, beach benches, sawung and gazebo, stalls and locations used by tourists to take selfies and gather.

"Today we have used 20 liters of disinfectant liquid," he stated.
