Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security (KPKP) Agency is holding maritime education at the Center for Tidung Kecil Island Marine Cultivation and Conservation (PBKL), South Thousand Islands in commemoration of National Nature Conservation Day.
Jakarta KPKP Agency's PBKL Marine Conservation Executing Unit Head Cecep Hermawan said, in this activity, his side had cooperated with the Turun Tangan and Jejak Seribu Pulau Tidung communities.

By doing so, there would be environmental improvements and addition of mangrove plant area,, especially in the Tidung Kecil Island Marine Conservation Area.
"This location has been used as a conservation and ecological information center, as well as being one of the nursery activities to mangrove planting," he explained.
In the meantime, Jejak Seribu Community Chairman Andi Hakim added various activities such as environmental discussions and planting 100 mangrove seedlings were held to educate participants to contribute to protecting and saving nature.
"Hopefully there will be more young generations who will do various good things through their care and love for Indonesia's nature," he hoped.
