Kampung Sadar Citizens Have Passed Through Raffling Stage for Marunda Flat

This is urgent indeed yet we prepare the available units in decent conditions

Around 34 households from Kampung Sadar, RW 04, Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta affected by settlement arrangement work have passed through raffling stage for the units in Marunda Flat, on Tuesday (8/25).

Ageng Darmintono, Head of Marunda Flat Management Unit said they would occupy the flat unit in Cluster C. But those who had elderly family members were prioritized to occupy the 1st and 2nd floors.

"This is urgent indeed yet we prepare the available units in decent conditions. Anyway the raffling stage has been done in the afternoon," he expressed.

Amid the pandemic, he explained, they got a relief to not pay rent. Nevertheless they would remain pay rental fee ranging from Rp 120,000-150,000/month.

"The key handover process was witnessed directly by the Ancol Urban Village Head and the City Council from Cilincing," he added.

Aside that, Ancol Urban Village Head Rusmin added citizens appreciated the Marunda Flat's effort that had provided the flat unit to them.

"This effort is also on the Mayor's attention thus we immediately coordinate in relocating citizens," he stated.
