East Jakarta Gulkarmat has Carried Out Disinfectant Spraying in 5,006 Locations

From March 14 until August 25, East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency has conducted disinfectant spraying in 5,006 locations.

It is done to prevent COVID-19 transmission

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency's Fire Controlling and Rescue Section Head, Gatot Sulaeman mentioned, for disinfectant spraying, his side deployed 20 teams and 100 personnel every day with 30 backpack sets, 32 sprayers, and 10 firetrucks.

"It is done to prevent COVID-19 transmission," he stated, Wednesday (8/26).

According to him, disinfectant spraying was carried out in different locations, such as collector roads, Transjakarta bus stops, pedestrian bridges, residential areas, government offices, buildings, schools, and worship houses.

"As well as public facilities, parks, RPTRAs, and others," he added.

His side reminded people who want to get disinfectant spraying service to submit request letter to East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-agency.
