He explained the Jakarta Regional Inflation Controlling Team (TPID) was trying to invite the Trade Ministry and related parties to obtain information regarding the availability of garlic in the future.
The information conveyed by the deputy ministry was that the current available stock was still sufficient to meet Jakarta's garlic needs.
"It would be more calming if we had stock from PT. Tjipinang Jaya Food Station. Hopefully the ministry will son issue the Import Approval Letter (SPI) of Garlic by 22,000," he hoped.
