Satpol PP: 631 Restaurants and Cafes have Been Closed During PSBB

Jakarta Satpol PP has cracked down on 631 restaurant and cafe businesses from September 14 to October 1.

Arifin, Head of Jakarta Satpol PP said that he would not tolerate violations of the protocol to prevent transmission of COVID-19

"Certainly we will immediately follow if there are violators," he stressed, Friday (10/2).

Violating PSBB, Six Business Sites in Pulogadung Sealed

He detailed, 417 were temporarily closed, 52 were subject to fines and 162 were subject to written sanctions. Thus far his party managed to collect fines of Rp 29,500,00.

Today his side had closed down entertainment venues on Jalan Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.

"Based on the report, after being investigated, they (entertainment venues) are still operating. We summon its owner and immediately subject to fines according to the applicable procedures," he asserted.
