East Jakarta Social Sub-agency distributed ready-to-eat food aid for the flood victims in Kelapa Dua Wetan Urban Village and Ciracas Urban Village, Ciracas Sub-district.

East Jakarta Social Sub-agency's Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation Section Head, Abdul Salam conveyed, his side distributed 300 food packages and 300 bottles of mineral water to Kelapa Dua Wetan Urban Village and 500 food packages and 500 bottles of mineral water to Ciracas Urban Village.
"As soon as possible, we assist people who were affected by flood and ensure to fulfill their basic or urgent needs to eat and drink. We immediately supply the needs this morning," he asserted, Sunday (10/13).
North Jakarta Prioritizes Handling of Floods in Teluk GongHe explained, those food packages were prepared by Taruna Siaga Bencana (Tagana) at East Jakarta Sub-agency's Public Kitchen, on Jalan H. Naman, Pondok Kelapa Urban Village, Duren Sawit Sub-district.
"We hand it over to the local urban villages regarding mechanism in distributing the assistance. Hopefully it can be useful for the flood victims and ease their burden," he mentioned.
