Next Week, 50 RPTRAs in Central Jakarta will Be Reopened to Public

Next week, 50 Children-Friendly Integrated Public Spaces (RPTRAs) in 8 sub-districts in Central Jakarta will reopen to public.

Total 50 RPTRAs will operate starting next Monday

Central Jakarta Empowerment, Children Protection, and Population Control (PPAPP) Sub-agency's Community Empowerment Section Head, Bangun Manalu mentioned, his side has coordinated with urban villages and sub-districts heads to socialize the reopening of RTPRAs in the region.

"Total 50 RPTRAs will operate starting next Monday. We are still socializing its reopening in this week," he said, Wednesday (10/14).

RPTRAs Reopened to Public in Transitional PSBB Period

In this reopening, he continued, only park that can be used by public. Hall, prayer room (musala), children playground, and library are still not available for visitors.

"Currently RPTRA administrators are still preparing the reopening," he stated.

Residents who allowed to visit RPTRA's park are only limited to 50 percent of normal capacity and should comply with health protocols, by wearing mask, maintaining physical distance, and washing hands with soap.

"Only those with age between 9-60 years old who are allowed to access RPTRA's park," he explained.
