Floodwaters have started to recede in 62 neighborhoods (RT) after inundating 86 RTs in area of Jakarta last night.
Jakarta BPBD's Center for Disaster Data and Information (Pusdatin) Head Mohammad Insaf expressed, based on the information gathered at 12 PM, 24 RTs spread over South and East Jakarta have gradually receded.

Thus far there were no reports about evacuation and inundated streets yet. Therefore, he urged residents to update information via call center 112 or twitter @BPBDJakarta.
"Hopefully this disaster can be normal soon. Stay alert, as it rains a lot lately, and don't forget to contact our call center to update further information," he stated.
