Process of JIS Construction Reaches 34.13 Percent

PT. Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) continues the construction work of Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), in Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. Entering the 61st week, its progress has reached 34.13 percent.

Corporate Communication and Commercial for JIS Project, Arnold Kindangen mentioned, his side deployed 1,700 workers for JIS construction project.

"We are currently installing hybrid grass in training field 1. Previously, we have completed grass installation in training field 2," he added, Thursday (11/5).

Jakpro is Committed to Finish JIS Project on Time

Grass installation is targeted to finish in December 2020. Next, his side still needs to finish constructing 8 main columns using slipform and start the pierhead work, precast installation on southern side of the stage.

"This project is estimated to employ 5,000 workers in 2021. We hope they can contribute to recover the economic since this project involves many vendors related to construction and material supply," he said.
