RW 06 Utan Kayu Selatan Inaugurated as Healthy Village

Today, East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar signed inscription for inauguration of RW 06, Utan Kayu Selatan, Matraman, as a Healthy Village.

Hopefully, RW 06 Health Village of Utan Kayu Selatan can be a role model for other areas

This inauguration event was also attended by Commission A Legislator, Rio Sambodo, and other related officials.

In this event, PT. Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI) President Director, Budhi N. Pangaribuan symbolically handed over Pertamina Integrated Healthy Village management assistance and Sehat Siaga COVID-19 Car to the Chairperson of Rumah Pena Foundation RW 06, Utan Kayu Selatan Urban Village, dr. Endang.

"Hopefully, RW 06 Health Village of Utan Kayu Selatan can be a role model for other areas thus residents remain healthy and free from COVID-19," conveyed Muhammad Anwar, East Jakarta Mayor, Friday (11/6).

On the other hand, PT. PDSI President Director, Budhi N. Pangaribuan mentioned, Pertamina Integrated Healthy Village and Sehat Siaga COVID-19 Car were given as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

For this year, PDSI Peduli program's design and implementation were adjusted with environmental conditions and the needs of residents who are currently facing COVID-19 pandemic.

"The whole series of CSR-PDSI Peduli program is one of our contributions by building synergy with government in handling and minimizing COVID-19 spread," he said.

In Pertamina Integrated Healthy Village event, his side held health socialization with assistance from COVID-19 Task Force, encouraged people to green the environment and implement a clean and healthy living habit, taught how to make aquatic food storage and planting using hydroponic method, and how to manage Citizens Literacy House.

"We will also accompany door-to-door Posyandu services for toddler and elderly," he stated.
