LH Agency's Free Emission Test Gets Positive Response from Jakartans

Free emission test which held by Jakarta Environment (LH) Agency gets positive response from Jakarta residents. This service is not only free but also beneficial for vehicle owners.

A resident of Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Andrian mentioned that he could find out the condition of his car through this emission test.

"Because we can see from HC, Lambda ratio between fuel and air in smoke exhaust, and CO. If it is not optimal, we can return to workshop for another emission testing until we pass the test," he conveyed, Wednesday (11/11).

About this free emission test, his side received the information from social media and online news. He expected the emission test can be held in public places.

"I hope it can be provided in various places thus it can be easier for more vehicle owners to use the service, such as mall's parking lot, public spaces in urban villages, and sub-districts," he said.

For information, Jakarta LH Agency holds free emission test from November 3 to December 2020. Emission test is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00-14:00 at Jakarta Environment Agency Office, Jalan Mandala V, Cililitan, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.
