Central Jakarta Health Agency Optimizes 3T and 3M

As an effort to handle COVID-19, Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency (Sudinkes) continues to optimize 3T (testing, tracking, and treatment) and 3M (wearing mask, washing hands, and maintaining physical distance).

COVID-19 spread in Central Jakarta has not shown a significant decline

Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head, Erzon Safari conveyed, 3T and 3M movements will be optimized by strengthening synergy between related institutions and residents by giving socialization, education, and enforcing sanctions for those who violate health protocols.

"COVID-19 spread in Central Jakarta has not shown a significant decline, therefore we will continue to intensify 3M movements," he mentioned, Wednesday (11/11).

Fire Prevention Socialization Given to Residents in 302 Locations in East Jakarta

Based on data from COVID-19 test which held from March to November 9, 2020, his side recorded 12,136 people tested positive for COVID-19 and 326 died. While, 11,209 people were declared cured.

"125 residents are being treated at hospitals, while 475 in Wisma Atlet Kemayoran," he mentioned.

His side intensified tracking process in settlements or household cluster to find out COVID-19 transmission source.

"If new case is found, we will track the closest person first. At least 10 people who made contact before it is tested positive," he said.
