North Jakarta Administration and Welfare Assistant Wawan Budi Rohman was proud of the innovation from the city secretariat, which was able to present the application, which is deemed effective in determining the schedule of executive programs and meeting rooms.

"It can be faster, as it is online," he expressed.

North Jakarta Secretariat Protocol and General Sub-division Head Agung Tjahyo Kuntodi explained it aimed to optimize the management of program schedules starting from the mayor, deputy mayor, city secretary and assistant ranks. Including scheduling the use of meeting rooms and other needs according to the program to be held.

He furthered previously the flow of executive program scheduling plans had to go through a meeting of each executive administration staff. After this innovation, the part that plans to present the leader could access the application with their respective user id and fill in the data, which would be validated by the intended leadership staff.

"So other divisions no longer need to come to the General Section. But it can be through an application to get validation," he stated.
