Nuansa Cilangkap Zero Down Payment to Get BAST Signing in February 2022

The Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya targets to sign a handover dossier (BAST) on the zero-rupiah down payment scheme in Cilangkap, branded as Nuansa Cilangkap in February 2022.

Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Technical Manager Hendra Yudha said, Nuansa Cilangkap is a residential program for zero-rupiah down payment combined with a simple apartment project owned by (Anami).

"Our segment is low-income people or MBR," he expressed, Wednesday (11/25).

Nuansa Cilangkap Zero Down Payment will Have Complete Facilities

He stated it would be made into four towers, namely tower A for zero-rupiah down payment and tower B, C and D for apartments with the MBR segment.

Indeed its construction amid the pandemic greatly affected the number and pattern of work. So the number of workers will be limited to 50 percent.

"Even so, we still implement strict health protocols to workers," he stated.
